Submitting an Order
- Complete the "Sample Submission Form" and upload form via the order upload page.
- Within several days we will send an e-mail confirmation that includes the "Agreement for Provision of Plant PCR Pathogen Testing Services" and a quote for the testing service.
- If you wish to continue with the testing, print and sign the "Agreement for Provision of Plant PCR Pathogen Testing Services".
- Include the completed "Agreement for Provision of Plant PCR Pathogen Testing Services" with your samples (see "Shipping Instructions"). We must have this to begin processing your samples.
