FPS is pleased to announce that Ejay Dehal has joined the team as Director of Production and Quality Assurance. Ejay has decades of industry experience in operational management and quality assurance and has previously held roles at Sierra Gold Nurseries, Conception Nurseries, and Sunsweet Growers. Bringing Ejay’s talent and experience to FPS is a key component of FPS’s targeted improvements in quality management. The FPS collection has grown significantly in recent years and the team is managing more plants than ever. To ensure that we continue to deliver high quality, virus tested and true-to-type propagative material, we have strengthened our database tools and plant inventory tracking technology. Ejay will help ensure that these tools are employed in daily operations to ensure we make the best use of our resources.
