Comments This selection was imported to Foundation Plant Services in 1983 from Rauscedo Nursery in Italy. It is Rauscedo clone 7. The original plant material underwent microshoot tip tissue culture disease elimination therapy at FPS. After successful completion of testing for the California Registration & Certification Program, Montepulciano 03 was planted in the FPS Classic Foundation Vineyard in 2000.
