Comments This selection was imported in 1938 by Dr. Harold Olmo [U.C. Davis Professor of Viticulture] from Teleki nurseries in Austria. The name of the nursery in Austria was Österreichen Rebschulen Teleki (renamed Pépinières Teleki S.A. in the 1950's). At the time, Teleki nurseries had huge mother vine blocks in Austria, Hungary and Israel.
