| Comments | Lacante is an extremely dark Teinturier grape variety, with mild flavor and low levels of tannin. It is 100% Vitis vinifera. Lacante blends well and is complimentary to many styles of wine. Lacante ripens early and is typically amongst the first red grapes to be harvested. It has small clusters with many small berries. Clusters are well distributed across fruiting zone. Lacat is well suited to hot regions and is easily adapted to mechanical farming. |
