| Comments | Lacat is an extreme dark Teinturier grape variety with mild flavors and moderate amounts of tannin. It is 100% Vitis vinifera. Lacat ripens early in the season maitaining high acidity. Lacat berries are small, round and can be tightly packed if not farmed proactively. Cluster are well distributed along cordon and fruiting wires. Lacat is well suited to hot regions and is easily adapted to mechanical farming. |
