| Comments | Lacaz is dark red Teinturier grape variety with mild flavors and tannin. It is 100% Vitis vinifera. Lacaz is high in acidity when harvested at ripeness. Lacaz ripens mid-season with medium sized, firm, round berries with tough skins. Cluster are large, loose, and well distributed on the vine. The variety is well suited to hot regions and is easily adapted to mechanical farming. Lacaz ripens mid season. |
