This wine grape cultivar was developed in the Plant Breeding Program at Agriculture Canada's Pacific Agri-Food Research Centre in Summerland, British Columbia. This cultivar reportedly produces 'high quality wine described as citrus, vegetative, herbaceous, and grassy' and is reliably hardy to -20 degrees C. (see reference 1). |
