Comments This white wine cultivar was developed by former UC Davis Professor of Viticulture & Enology Dr. Harold Olmo at the Oakville Experiment Station in Napa, California. The plant material underwent heat treatment for 98 days at FPS in 1972 and was ultimately planted in the foundation vineyard in 1979 as Symphony 03. Symphony 03 has qualified for the Russell Ranch Foundation Vineyard (see Symphony 03.1).
