taken by inventor, Carl J. Hansen, in the research and
experimental plant nursery and orchards of the Depart- 10
ment of Pomology at the University of California, Da
vis, Yolo County, Calif.; Generally resembles the tree of the clonal rootstock Hansen 536 in appearance, but is slightly more vigorous, roots more consistently, and differs in having tree branches that are more green with less red color of the developing leaves and shoots. |
