| Description |
This peach was developed by the Fruit Acres breeding program in Michigan and was released in the late 1990’s. Earlystar® is a very nice early season fresh market cultivar. Fruit is medium in size, semi-freestone with good color and firmness; bright yellow flesh; beautiful 80% red blush; very good color and excellent flavor. This cultivar has very few split pits, if any at all. Tree is very productive, requiring heavy fruit thinning, and is resistant to bacterial spot. |
