This cultivar of peach "P.F.5B" was originated by Paul Friday in the experimental orchard which is maintained for the purpose of breeding peach trees, at Paul Friday Farms Inc., located in Coloma, Michigan. Fruit: 70% red skin, medium size, spherical, firm, non-melting, and excellent flavor. Trees: medium to large, upright, productive and consistent bearer. It's somewhat resistant to Bacterial Leaf and Fruit Spot. |
