| Description |
This cultivar of peach "P.F. 23" was originated by Paul Friday in the experimental orchard, maintained for the purpose of breeding Paul Friday Farms Inc., located in Coloma, Michigan. Medium to large, spherical, highly colored fruit of high quality. Yellow flesh with good flavor and eating quality; very firm flesh; red skin color covers over 80% of the fruit at maturity. Trees are vigorous and spreading in growth, winter hardy, and a regular and productive bearer of large size. Moderately susceptible to bacterial spot. |
