Orig. in New Brunswick, N.J., by L.F. Hough and Catherine H. Bailey, New Jersey Agr. Expt. Sta. Introduced in 1961. Large round fruit; skin up to one-half red; yellow flesh. Very slight red at pit, non-melting; firm. A good quality peach for processing. Trees are productive with a high yield. Susceptible to bacterial spot. |
