| Description |
A large mid-season dark red cherry with above average firmness and superior flavor, Burgundy® averages 12g in weight and 22% sugar; oblate-heart shaped. This firm and crunchy cherry ripens 3 to 5 days before Bing and has a long harvest period. The productive tree is vigorous and hardy with resistance to canker. Burgundy® has also displayed a low frequency of cracking. |
