| Description |
Orig. in Jackson Springs, N.C., by F.E. Correll and C.N. Clayton, North Carolina Agr. Expt. Sta. Introd. in 1972. Large, round, symmetrical fruit that is light yellow skinned with three-fourths covered with bright red blush. Attractive and bright yellow flesh, this cultivar is resistant to browning with very little red pigment except in pit cavity. Firm texture, fine, melting and excellent flavor. Trees moderately vigorous, spreading, and productive; moderately resistant to bacterial spot. |
