Orig. in Fresno, Calif., by U.S. Dept. of Agriculture. Introd. in 1969. Used in desert areas of California. Medium and round size fruit. Skin yellow with red blush; attractive. Flesh is yellow and moderately firm; a good quality peach; semifreestone. Good flavor and sweetness for such an early cultivar. Trees are moderately vigorous; productive; small flowers; leaf glands reniform. |
