| Description |
Orig. in Fort Valley, Ga., by the USDA. Introd. in 1969. Fruit is small to medium, round with slight tip. Skin has a bright red blush over yellow ground color in Calif. and very attractive. In the Southeast, the skin tends to have a slightly dark blush unless the tree is growing vigorously. A good flavored, firm, melting and medium textured fruit. Trees are moderately vigorous and productive, and is susceptible to bacterial spot. |
