Comments This variety is a full sibling of Chardonnay as it shares the same parents. The variety is widely grown in the Alsace region of France.

Comments This selection came to FPS in 1988 from Oregon State University, which imported it from Colmar, France. This selection and FPS 02 (reported to be French clone 36) were funded through the Winegrowers' Project. The federal quarantine testing and release occurred at Oregon State University prior to arrival at FPS. Long index testing was performed at FPS. This selection has tested positive for RSP virus.
